Pathetic *****ulent service

I'm getting very sick of being harassed by creditors when I've been with debt solutions 4u since May this year! I pay monthly for them to distribute nothing to anyone!!!!! What on earth am I then paying for! No communication when I email either! I am VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS SERVICE!!!! I WANT A REFUND BECAUSE IM GETTING HANDED OVER AND TRACES ARE BEING PUT ON ME YET IM UNDER DEBT REVIEW!!!!!
