Pathetic service. Mistake signing up
Pathetic lack of communication and who has a damn turn around time of 5 to 7 business days yet they were fast to sign me up and take my miney each month but yet I am still being harassed by creditors every day!!! They send out 1 pathetic email and thats that! I regret signing up with debt solutions 4U!!!! You basically *****ing my money and not repaying a single creditor back!!!!!

Please be assured that your account has not been neglected — all payments made by you are being distributed to your creditors via the registered Payment Distribution Agency (iPDA), in line with the proposal submitted. You should be receiving monthly statements from the PDA confirming the allocation of these payments. We understand how distressing ongoing communication from creditors can be. Unfortunately, because your accounts were previously terminated by creditors under your former debt counsellor, this has complicated the process. Nevertheless, we have issued the required Form 17.7 notices to your creditors within the prescribed timeframe, and your file has been prioritised for court submission to obtain a granted order. This order will legally enforce the debt review and help halt further creditor contact. We apologise if our communication has not met your expectations.
