Incorrectly Placement of Debt Restructuring
Iv lost a position as a Financial manager as i was unsuccessful due to Debt Solutions 4 U placing me under Debt Review incorrectly. My Ex husband went under Debt Restructuring but we'v been divorced for 8year now! How does it happen that my id number can still be linked to his. He has been married in the meanwhile during the divorce. The Administrative team said the following;
"Good day Brigette,
Regrettably, the timeframes of the credit bureaus are something that is completely out of ou hands.
Please ensure to check your status on a regular basis to ensure that it is removed."
Take some accountability for your actions Debt Solutions 4 U! Why was i placed under Debt review in the first place! The initial communication was sent to them on the 3rd of June 2024 and im still listed as being under Debt Restructuring.
We sincerely apologize for the error that led to your incorrect listing under Debt Review and the frustration it has caused you. However, it is very important to be aware that the issue arose from a previous joint debt review that your ex-husband went under with a different company long before he engaged us. This has nothing to do with DebtSolutions4U and occurred long before we were asked for help. We did not make the error, but are attempting to help to amend it. Accordingly, we have rectified this with the National Credit Regulator and updated the DHS on June 3, 2024. However, the credit bureaus may take some time to update their records and as they are a 3rd party we have no control over their efficiency or timelines.
We offer a motivational letter to explain the situation and confirm the error and correction. Please monitor your credit status regularly.
