I DO NOT RECOMMEND MAKING USE OF THIS COMPANY!

I would not recommend making use of their company when in need of assistance with debt review. Unfortunately I had to go under debt review at the beginning of 2024. When I needed assistance joining they were very quick to phone me and talk me into joining their company. I got very irritated at the end of 2024 with them because every time I had a query they left my queries unanswered or they gave incomplete shutdown answers. At the beginning of 2025 all of a sudden I needed to submit my ID AGAIN after submitting it numerous times last year. Then when I sent in my ID as requested they had issues with my ID not being the same anymore (I got married and changed my surname), and they wanted me to submit my previous ID to which I refused as my surname changed on all legal documents. I started an excel document to capture their statements with what is being distributed every month, I discovered that +- R300.00 every month goes unaccounted for. My debit order goes of promptly every month but I have received complaints from some of my creditors that they are late with their payments.

I contacted another Debt Review company to assist me as I am not happy with the service that I am getting and according to the information they gave me some of my accounts were handed over - like I said, my debit order goes off promptly every month!

I am very dissatisfied with your client service, there is a lot of room for improvement.

The new company sent an email to notify your company of my cancellation and the only response we got is that you will investigate and advise accordingly. There is nothing to advise on! I AM cancelling my debt review with your company!!
