Disappointed client

I have a query on one of my accounts which I have been trying to get feedback since September, still waiting for feedback. The watsapp line is terrible as you don't get immediate response and if you do its not very helpful. The email ticket system if you have a query is terrible and gets closed without proper answers. I'm seriously considering another company
