CONFUSED CLIENT

I am under dept review for 2 years 6 months. I have contacted the admin and the legal department of dept solutions 4 U for the last month. No response on my queries. No court order was issued and was informed that my file is missing. My installments was increased but repayment period was extended with intrest not lowered on my loans. I was informed a year after being under dept review that the court order will settle the repayment intrest and the duration. I am concerned after being a while under deptreview an asking for feedback that I must re apply for deptreview to kick start the court order application. Other deptreview agencies can't assist me due to the fact that no court order are issued and if I restat the creditors will put me under default and making the process not successful for new deptreview application. Why must I be under deptreview for 9 years with no court order. After my query I received a statement with informes fees outstanding to my creditors. After numerous emails the last 2 weeks still no response. I have 2 options left reporting to NCR or liquidation. I hope dept solutions 4 U could assist me after this feedback
