Bad service from admin and legal department

At first I got the help of Ross whom I believe explained everything,however once paper work moves from Ross to the company admin and legal department I've experienced nothing but the worst possible help. Once they place you debt review application process you will never get the chance to speak to their legal department even though I have paid over R8000 for legal fees and R8000 for administration.i have creditors threatening to reposs my car because of them not paying creditors on time. Tried to call them to help but each time I call the legal lady will tell u she will call as she's In the meeting,it's now 2months since she's In the meeting and by then two accounts have been handed to creditors lawyers because of failed payments.honestly speaking I wouldn't recommend them at all as they failed to bring much needed relief to my financial freedom. Once again remember my experience once paper work moves from Ross to admin and legal ..no further contact will happen except emails that have same replies as the previous one. If only it was possible for Ross to head up the Legal and Admin things maybe things might be different but currently I have no choice but to terminate debt review process even though I haven't paid up creditors in full because what's the use of paying monthly admin fees if already I am being harassed by creditors. I wouldn't recommend at all.
