Bad service and communication
I am utterly disappointed in Debt Solutions 4 U. Signed up last year November and the service was great, until I saw in February that the agreement with VAF at Standard Bank wasn't paid at all. And since then Standard Bank has cancelled all my debt review agreements with them and handed over the accounts to attorneys.
After numerous emails to Debt Solutions 4 U, trying to find out what is going on, I still haven't received any reply back.
My debt review instalment is taken off my account and on top of that I need to pay standard bank to avoid further legal action
