BAD COMMUNICATION WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS
We joined Debt Solutions 4 u in 2021 and we have been very happy up until now. They really assisted us very much but now I am receiving emails from a creditor who is on my debt review to say that I have not paid since 2020. On my statement from Debt Solutions 4 u it shows that I paid this creditor in full in December 2022 but I'm still getting emails from them to say I owe the money. I have called Debt Solutions 4 u and emailed them on numerous occasions to get this resolved. The creditor said they emailed Debt Solutions in July and to date they have never received an email back. I have requested detailed statements for each creditor showing exactly what I have paid from inception to date and I'm still waiting for these statements and this request was months ago.
