After care client services a mess!

Generally i wouldn't post on a public platfrom but I'm afraid i have been left with no choice because apparently DS4U doesn't want to answer my emails and if i send WhatsApps i keep getting referred to.

I email because ideally i would not like to discuss financial matters infront of other people for starters and by the time i am in the privacy of my own home it is after business hours.

DS4U is very quick to jump on the wagon for signing up and to "assisting" so much so the only time they do communicate with you is when they are "following up" to send through details so they can deduct.

So far none of my questions have been answered so much so a creditor had to reach out to you to ask for a refund due to monies being distributed to a paid up account that was settled before debt review number 1 and number 2 the refund request has still not answered. Because this is a public platform i will not stipulate or get into detail about the other disputes /queries this you guys can go look at in the email inboxes but needless to say i am seriously not happy with the service i am getting and the way things are being dealt with.

At first i was sceptical but had been assured until i started digging and getting answers from other reviews and creditors non the less about how existing clients get treated.Sign up is easy because DS4U wants the business but aftercare quite frankly is a **it show
