Absolute lack of service

Don't sign up for debt review with Debt Solutions 4 U!

Signed up November 2024 and everything was great. In December 2024 I informed DS4U that I accept the counter offers from my creditors, DS4U never went back to my creditors to inform them I accepted, neither did DS4U increase my monthly payment to the creditors.

This resulted in the creditor cancelling my Debt Review agreements in February 2025. Since February 2025 I have been receiving calls from attorneys asking me for the money as my Debt Review agreements were cancelled. In March 2025 I informed DS4U that I am receiving calls from attorneys as per DS4U's agreement they handle the communication with my creditors on my behalf. 3 months later and DS4U have not made an afford to contact the attorneys on my behalf.

Email upon email trying to get feedback from DS4U, once about every 6 weeks I get a response. Tried phoning, nobody can assist me

The lack of service after you sign up and start paying DS4U is beyond shocking!

All that I am asking for is that my situation be resolved and that someone in charge actually make an afford to contact me, as this whole issue could have been avoided have DS4U acted on my email accepting the counter offers.
