DON'T TRUST ANYONE

I was retrenched at beginning of covid tried to survive on my savings couldn't get a job again. Debt Solution SA phoned me and say they can help with my car, they contacted Absa to make arrangements with instalments. They came back to me and said it was approved at Absa. I started to pay my car with Debt Solution SA, in beginning I received statements and then it stopped. Contacted them but nothing happened, thought everything was fine didn't hear anything from Absa.

The other day received email from Absa I'm behind on instalments I must pay full amount or they going to take my car. Told me they cancelled my debt review because Debt Solution SA didn't pay correct amount to them. Spoke to Absa legal department they didn't want to listen to me, was so rude. I told them the story they didn't want to make arrangements on my arrears after I already paying them for the last 9 years on my car, I was part of the R699 car **** that the banks approved at that time. I'm about to loose my car if I cant get another loan of R46 000. don't know who to trust anymore. :(........
