They don't want to release our profile despite their terrible service. Thwore consultant are very rude and *********.

We've been trying to get this people release our profile to a better and competent company on numerous occasions without any luck. Their staff is very rude and *********.. Second month of us joinging them we discovered that they have not been paying the debtors as promised yet they deduct money from our account, we called in quering this,we were promised better service. To this day we have been receiving nothing but bad service from them yet they don't want to let us go. Vantage has sent emails to them asking for a realise of profile but they keep on declining stating that we have to call in for confirmation, we did call in and spoke to a 'Lulama' or 'Mulana' he promised to honor our request however they are still declining for the same reason. Vantage sent them numerous emails they still dont want to release our profile despite their Terrible service. Please release our profile so that we can better manage our accounts because you have failed us.
