Poor service

I received a call that the company will help reduce the interest rate and there is no fee that i will be charged from their company and it is free. The consultant did not disclose the fact that it will take 3 months to start to paying the account yet they will deduct the mobey in the 3 months. when I ask question the answers are not clear. the whatsapp text are not being responded. I asked for a statement never received it
