Extremely Disappointed with Forced Service and Inflexibility

I am deeply disappointed with Debt Solution Company and their refusal to honor my repeated requests to cancel their services. As a pensioner, I am perfectly capable of managing my debts, and I believe I will be debt-free by next year. However, the company's persistent attempts to trap me into their services for another decade are unacceptable.

Despite going back and forth, asking for cancellation, it seems that Debt Solution Company is determined to force me into a commitment I do not want. This kind of inflexibility and disregard for customer wishes is disheartening and frustrating.

I urge Debt Solution Company to respect my decision and cancel my services immediately. I do not wish to have anything more to do with this company, and I hope they will take this feedback seriously.
