Bad service

I app**** for application for removal from debt review April 2023. I paid their fees end of December 2023.Till Day they still struggling to provide court order/clearance certificate.

I even refer one of my family member of which he also paid them in full June 2024.till day he also struggles.

I always sending mails for follow up every time they referring to "waiting to hear from lawyers.

It's a really frustrating situation of which I paid for their service and prior application they mentioned that process took only 21 DAYS

So it's been 2 years already,I took it up with Mr swart however I could see he is not willing to assist.

I regret the day I took up on their services.

I can not even recommend and refer any because I received bad 😔 😞 😞 experience

Please just refund my money so I could check with other companies
