Debt Shield - ****mers

I was instructed that once I paid for the debt review removal process it would take 6 to 8 weeks to get removed. I have had to follow up numerous times in the last 10 weeks and each and every time I have been given vague answers and simply told it is in process. No one can tell me if they have approached the courts as yet or what they have done in the interum, I have asked for feedback multiple times in the last 2 days and I am not getting any feedback at all. I asked my rep for feedback yesterday and she said she will revert back to me, I heard nothing, I emailed, a website enquiry and got no response and today I whatsapp's and asked if she would revert back to me soon and all she said was 'yes sure'.

Worst customer service ever and I have been ****med out of thousands of rands and have no invoice to show for it and no further luck being removed from Debt Review
