While I was under debt review, the team at Debt Scan was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the process. However, since receiving my clearance certificate on the 5th of February, my experience has been very disappointing. There is still a red flag against my name, despite the clearance certificate being issued months ago. I have made numerous attempts to contact Debt Scan via WhatsApp and telephone, but my messages are either ignored or my calls go unanswered. On the rare occasions that I do get through to someone, I am promised feedback that never arrives, leaving me without any explanation or update regarding the status of my profile. This ongoing lack of communication and unresolved issue has become extremely frustrating and is negatively affecting my personal and financial affairs.
