Misleading, rude & use threats to the customers.

I'm heartbroken, these people said they have been funded by the government and they don't benefit anything from their clients. They promised to lower my monthly installments & interest rate. They deducted R1500 from my bank acc but my accounts were not paid. I kept receiving emails & calls from my creditors that my accounts are not paid for. I called the dept scan company and it only then that they told me that for the first 2 months the money they deduct goes to them not to my creditors.

I'm utterly devastated because even at first after giving them my ID number before they could even deduct from my acc I told them I wanted to cancel, no longer want to continue with the process. But their employee by the name of Khaya threatened me and said I can't cancel because it will reflect as bad flag on my name. I felt like I had no choice and continued with the application though I was skeptical. What is more sad is that I had no issues with paying my accounts, all my accounts were up to date.

I have requested the cancelation and they said they won't refund me even though I was mislead and deceived by their employee. When I request the recordings since the calls were recorded, they refused to send them to me as I want to sew this company for giving misleading information.This company gains clients by lying to their clients!
