Misleaded by Debt scan by not being transparent to me

I was assisted over the phone by a consultant and her Supervisor and they confirmed to help me to reduce my debts and never said they will red flag me on my credit score, and also said they wont charge me any fees only for the admin. no difference was happening as the were taking a portion from the money for the creditors as this is not fair, creating more debts for me. When I told them I want to cancel this, they confirmed is canceled and did not want to remove the red flag after they **** that they are helping me with reducing my debts and pay lower amount. now I am no longer indebted but still have red flag under my name. They even blocked me on Watsapp and now I am stuck. Kindly remove the red flag under my name as this is misleading and unfair. Ayesha Cassiem-Debt counsellor kindly remove red flag under my name.
