I'm very unhappy with the service. I feel I have been mislead to signing up. They did not explain the drawbacks of being under debt review. They did not explain that all my bank accounts will be frozen. I then decided to cancel the very next day but now they say I'm declined from canceling my debt review. I did not ask for this and you guys are misleading.
