Debt Scan has ****** me with my salary

I approached them in wanting assistance as I am currently drowning in debts. They agreed to help and negotiate with the creditors for a less amount. After the application was done, they told me that they will take R8297 from my salary or R10600. When I told them it's not helping because either all I will be left with nothing. Remember I still need to pay for my son's transport and mine as well as groceries and electricity. I told them to cancel they refused and indeed they deducted the R8297 on the 20th of June and plus two extra debits which left me with only R400 remaining on my salary. I approached Debt Busters and they are will to negotiate for much less from my creditors. However, Debt Scan is refusing to provide Debt Busters with a transfer letter. It is my accounts and my right to choose whom. I want assistance with. Debt Scan has causes more problems for me and I feel ****** off my own money. Can someone please advise or assist.
