COMPANY RSA DEBT MEDIATION

When they call you to do a Debt Mediation, they did not tell me that my car was not included, because I was under Debt Review, and I wanted to come out of it, So when I saw my car was not paid I call them on the 22 of March 202, because they have deducted 6000 a month and I was paying R6300 under Debt Review with my car that was included, So what are you paying for with the R6000, So I called them and they say they will come back to me, A lady called me back and said the she will investigate and call me back the same day, but no one call me, Then I call back on the 25the of March 2024, I spoke to Cortney, he said he will call me back, he did not call me back, I call back the 26the spoke again with Cortney, he said that he need to speak to the Director, he will call me back, but he did not call me back, I call everyday and no luck, the receptionist said she will give the message to Cortney or the Director to call me back, but no one call me back, today is the 3th of April 2024, so I am still waiting from the 22 of March for my issue to be resolve, and they deduct again the 6000 and my car is for the second month not paid, I am so disappointed that I was treated like this, everyday I must call and they never call me back, when they want business they call you quickly, when you have issues, no one car. I also send emails for someone to call me back no reply
