Bad service

I'm still waiting for feedback. The person who is calling me, doesn't have answers as she has tasked two ppl to intervene with debtors... but no one has come back to her with a solution. In the meantime the debtors are calling me everyday and l don't have answers as to why they were not paid. Its month end now, l don't know what to do...my life is a mess since debt scan, and no one is taking accountability, everyone blames everyone, be very careful when joining, very careful. They even ask you to write a review beforehand just after the 1st or second, before everything is sorted, just after they sweet talk you. Don't do that... wait until at least 3months, or better yet, when you are done with paying everything.
