No service and no assistance

I would not even give them one star. I was retrenched from my work and when submitting my claim for payout they looked at a document signed between me and the company I worked for. Found a loophole not to pay out and now not paying out all my premiums I pad over. My debt review was also of no use - Debtsave is also making promises with free legal advise and relationship managers to assist but if you don't phone them they don't phone you at all. All together these two companies are dropping people who needs real help and relieve.
