Debtsavers putting their clients further into debt

I approached them in March 2020 to assist me with making an agreement with my creditors to reduce my debt. A mandate in the form of a signed contract between in which they undertook to intervene between me and my creditors was sent to them in March 2020. I have since made payment of R15997.00 over a period of 4 months.None of my creditors has been approached nor have they made any arrangements to reduce my payments to my creditors. Despite numerous emails, phone calls and Whats App messages I still don't know what they did with my money. I want all monies that I have paid to them to be paid back into my bank account immediately so that I can pay my creditors
