Debtsavers do not want to refund my money and put me more into debt........

Debtsavers did not help me in any way instead put me in to more debt stress and is not refunding my money, they are telling they do not do refunds.....I have all proof of communication...…..I ended up having to pay extra every month from late last year to date...….how are you helping people be debt free if you putting them in more debts? and yet you still call me offering help with my debts...…NO.
