Debt savers - I need my 4k refund

the debt savers company approached me with an intent to assist in removing my name from debt review and when I noted that the company was not transparent as to how the process goes I then requested to cancel the contract, contract was cancelled and debt savers refused to give me my money back, a year later i get a call from 1 of their consultants informing me of refund due to me hence the instalment paid that they refused to give back a year ago even refunding me the money i was told i will get it in 2 instalments with first instalment to be in my account end of January and till today I am still calling for that money and everyday is a different story. I do have proof of everything and the conversation with consultant by the name of Roshney informing me of my refund and the dates but still nothing and no1 cares. she laterally does state that I am being refunded because their lawyer did not do what he was to do for my account with hence they have to refund me, the same refund I am fighting for now. debts avers only cares about making money and how their customers are serviced in their process of making money.
