Debt removal

I'm 2018 I was so dostrought and decided to apply for debt review .after a while before paying anything I decided to cancell the process as this was not for me but instead of cancelling I was listed on credit bureau.and I've tried ever since to call and email them but according to this company they not receiving any mails.they send me a mail and I respondent on that mail but they not getting it. And now I have to pay r2500 to their lawyers to clear my name. When I would like to understand how you file a debt application without receing payments and who paid the lawyers as I never made payment at all.and I'm told they filed a 17.2 instead of 17.1 so it has to go to court and I'll have to prove that I'm not over indebted .when I never even paid this process or is ingaged with them further for 3 years. I need my name of as I'm settling my debt one by one and I cannot be paying alwayer r2500 for what exzclty as I have not been with this company .the debt review was Marylee GOvende NCRDC-NCRDC2234.
