Passing the buck - doesn’t want to allocate funds

I’ve accidentally paid my monthly payment into my husbands DRC account. Now DRC doesn’t want to distribute that amount towards my account. They are passing the buck and their correspondence doesn’t correspond!! Susan Strydom acted really unprofessional!!!
