Misinformation, false pretence.

I was called by debt review under false representation, they said they want to help reduce the interests that I'm paying on my house bond and car since the creditors are charging me abnormal interet, they can see that I'm a good payer blah blah blah, the guys who called me is Thabo sotana. I repeatedly asked them, won't this affect my credit, won't I be listed on credit bureau for no reason because I'm actually managing well with my debts and I'm even paying more sometimes, they said no, it won't affect me in anyway. Then after a day I discovered that what they sold to me it's not the true reflection of what it's really going on, they doing this to only get clients on their side. So I wrote them an email to cancel and even called, the person who assisted me said I should write an email to them he send me a cancellation email. I did just that, and I did not get any response from them. Now it's been 3 days. Im managing well with my finances I don't need need to be under debt review this will close too many things for me, I'm finishing my car next year June and I'm planning on getting a new car, but with me being under debt review for my home loan it will block me from getting credit.
