DEBT REVIEW , WORSE OFF????

Extremely disappointing service. NOT PROPERLY EXPLAINED WHAT TAKES PLACE UNDER DEBT REVIEW IF CREDITORS DONT ACCEPT OFFERS. Was informed will give me an offer affordable to me and now give me another amount more than what I can afford. How is a person to live and then pay these guys to pay creditors if they can't negotiate the amount people cam afford. I did send a live chat and emailed consultant to also inform of what my affordability is. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED as this may lead to me being in more financial distress and I was prior to going onto debt review. I am considering canceling with you guys and going to another company with cheaper rates and who can negotiate a better more affordable amount for me.
