DEBT BUSTERS

I had my last payment on the 30 November 2021. I took a payment break of two months in 2020 which they must have added on and my statements showed they had paid my creditors, one did call and I called debt busters, it was a small amount. On completion I now need my paid up letters, to be told that I had to pay a creditor R 2245 because there was a short payment, how the hell does this happen?? I now want my paid up letters and no one can help, no one is there to assist and all I want to do is get on with my life, I NEED MY CLEARANCE AND NO ONE CAN HELP! MY ADVICE IS FIND SOME OTHER COMPANY IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ASSISTANCE OR PHONE YOUR CREDITORS AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE BEEN PAID AS YOU COULD BE IN FOR A SHOCK AT THE END! I am so upset and disappointed I cannot tell you. I was supposed to be called by one of their top people, well needless to say, that has not happened. Disgusting service.
