Complaint about Debt review administrators

I have the problem.with the Debt review administrators. I app**** to this company to help me thinking they will consolidate my debts, but not that I was unable to pay but I wanted to include my wife's account in my consolidation. The agent I spoke to did not inform me that I together with my wife won't be able to use our existing accounts including clothing accounts and that we wonbe able to get credit if still under this debt review. I only new this when I received a letter from Truworths and I foned and emailed them to withdraw and they responded and told me that I and my wife will remain under debt review till I finish my debts including my wife's debts. Now my accounts and my wife's account are blocked and they say I owe them administration fee. I understand the administration fee they want maybe because of what they did but I don't understand why did they block my accoumts including my wife's accounts. The agent told me that my application with them will be approved and become active once I upload all the documents they wanted, and I did not upload any documents.
