Useless, ****s, unprofessional! Stay away!!!!

Man I wish there was such a thing as minus stars!

This company is the worst! They gave me is soft on get go. Dander Human **** to me. They don’t respond to emails. Don’t return calls. Absolutely unprofessional! I’ve had to deal with my creditors on my own and now that I’m ready to get off debt review these mother ****ers won’t transfer me over to a new debt counsellor who is happy to help me and so much more damn professional, all because they don’t have the supporting documents. What documents I ask! The idiot only could tell me supporting documents or documents with no mention of what exactly in should be sending to them??? Why call me to ask for these documents when you can’t even tell me what documents it is? Like hello? Are you stupid?? Then when I raise my voice because clearly you didn’t hear me the first 2 times the idiot had the cheek to tell me I will not raise my voice at her? This is why I dropped you mother ****ers! You are useless!

So you either tell me exactly what documents you need do I can rid my life of this **** stain you created, or you deal with my new debt counsellor who probably knows you by name, knows you’re a ****ty company and knows exactly how to get what they need out of your hands! Funny how you phone me but not contact them to get these so called supporting documents?
