USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE ( DEBT HERO MY FOOT )

My name is Elvis. when it comes to debt restruct please people stay far away from this people. Customer service never return your emails up to 2 months full. The only thing they know when they have to debit your account. I need an update on one of my accounts as the creditors keeps calling me for payment. till now still waiting for a respond
