Unfair listing with credit bureaus
On the 15th of November 2022 I sent an email to Yushirar telling her to cancel the debt review process with immediate effect and on the 16th of November sent another email to Divan also telling him to cancel the debt review process with immediate effect, non of them responded to my emails instead they listed me with credit bureaus as "under debt review" I'm very disappointed at this company because they are very unprofessional.Now I can't do anything because of the listing. Kindly sought this out as soon as possible.Their office is somewhere in Cape Town ,I'm in Gauteng and I don't believe in making deals and finalise them over the phone.I am not under debt review
