Complete nightmare this.
Sales department was great, promised the world and I got hell - I was told I could could be removed from the process at anytime for R90. I am now told I can only be removed once everything has been paid.
I never completed the court paperwork to be under debt review, but I still am and they will not end my agreement.
I never made one payment to this company instead have been handling all repayments myself as because I never paid them my account was suspended but they still maintain I am under debt review.
Nobody takes my calls, nobody responds to emails its a complete joke and spoiling lives in the process.

17 Jan 2023, 09:04Good day Mr Volker. Unfortunately, when you apply for debt review, your status is updated with the NCR even though you never made a payment. We have to comply with the NCR's guidelines and are therefore unable to merely remove you from debt counselling without following the guidelines.
