STAY AWAY! FAR AWAY!

I wish I had not in desperation signed up with them. I was promised the world but now I am regretting it so much I want to be blacklisted rather! They are pathetic. They don't respond to emails. They don't respond to complaints. They don't phone back if you leave a message. They tell me one thing then do another. Funny how they don't care that my documents haven't been sent to the lawyers even though I have been querying what I must do regarding the one document I don't have, now that their admin fees have been paid. Only to read on other reviews they don't even pay the creditors the agreed amount! I have a lawyer looking into this now to get me off debt review seeing as the documents haven't been lodged at court. They haven't even responded to my cancellation email from last week and my complaint to the lawyers AGAIN. It's been an absolute nightmare. One month they are apologizing that the agent isn't replying to me the next they are telling me she doesn't respond to queries. So why apologize? And why didn't she send my queries to someone who can respond? Why not say so in the email she sent to me? The excuses man. Come one. I signed an application form saying I will update them on information which I did but they didn't respond! What a waste of money especially knowing now the first two payments went to admin fees. I'd rather deals with my creditors directly thank you and I will be doing so from now on. They can kiss my fat ass. I am doing extra work to bring in an extra income just to catch up on my payments with my creditors. I really wish I hadn't been so desperate so if you are desperate please rather speak to a friend or family who isn't emotionally involved before making this decision and if you do, DON'T USE DEBT RESTRUCT
