This company is like a leach. Once they con u into their clutches they don't let go. I'm trying my utmost to get out from them as I dont need help with my debt. I was jus doing an enquiry. I even sent documents to say I'm not interested and they should stop the process as I'm not in debt. But without any issues or complaints from my creditors these guys say I'm over indebted. I even sent my bank statements and salary advice to show I can afford wat I have but still they won't let go. Jonathan misinformed me and didn't give me all the info. I was jus enquiring about this service as I'm financially in no problem with my creditors. Glynnis Williams was very rude and unhelpful and now off sick with covid so can't help me anymore. I finally thought I will be helped with Nafeezah the manageress who also gave me the cold shoulder and said she'll get someone to call me back. The will not stop the process even though u dont need their help cos they ******** for money. My signature was copied and pasted on so many documents, even a life insurance form. This is a **** company and now they stopped all my creditors debit orders and set a debit order in my account for themselves. Can anyone help pls
