Poor Service

I ask for help at Debt Restruct in 2022. In Dec2023 I settle all my outstanding debt but they still deduct my account in Dec2023 and in Jan2024 I try to resolve the matter but evertime I get a different person to deal with.I send them countless emails without any success. They also told me the first time when I start dealing with then that when my debt is settled that they will ask for paid up letters from the various institutions.The other day they told me that I must ask for the paid up letters myself from the institutions. To deal with them is really a struggle.
