No support or client care Debt Restruct

I have been trying to get information on my account with Debt Restruct, for more than 2 weeks now. i have sent email to the person working with my account, i have sent emails to the customer service email address more than once and i have logged a request on the website. Calling does not work either.... feeling very frustrated.
