No explanation

They are unable to explain the repayment plan. I have requested to see the communication between creditors and themselves. I have signed up in 2021, and apparently I still have to pay for another 4 years. Double the amount I originally owed. I will be asking an expert to look into this. I have never received a straight answers to my questions.
