Debt Restruct is like a good relationship gone bad

I see 5 star reviews was in the 2021 era. Whatever happened from 2022 to date within the company has indicated a problem resulting in disgruntled clients…like myself. Xander Human called me in November 2022 with a smooth speech of bells and whistles about how Debt Restruct can sort out my debts and put my life on track. After signing up, Xander disappeared like a ***** in the night, I say this because he was unavailable from then onwards to assist with any queries. I proceeded to pay my monthly amounts without default then fast forward to September 2024, BOOM a creditor who has been receiving payment now decides to start debiting my account as well! So two debits are going off from two different accounts for the same company to receive payment! I reported this to Oyintanda from Debt Restruct who said they would contact the creditor for a refund. A month passes by and the same thing happens! In frustration I tell the agent to just leave it since I’m almost done with my contract with them. Bear in mind I cannot dispute or stop the debit order on my banking app!

I pay my remaining balance 5 days early and notify the agent at Debt Restruct asking that the scheduled debit order be cancelled as I’ve settled my account and they advise this would be done. Lo and behold monthend arrives and Debt Restruct happily debit my account with the original debit installment, not even with the remaining balance amount! WTAF!!!!!! So now I have debit orders bouncing left right and centre because of this mishap and just to add insult to injury and a star to the Christmas tree, that creditor also helped themselves to another debit order!

I’ve emailed proof of my payment completing my part of the contract and proof of the creditors debits, requesting reversal of funds from both parties for the additional debit orders. In actual fact I’m being owed money now because there is no record on my monthly statement from Debt Restruct that shows the debits from the creditor. Meaning I’ve overpaid!

Debt Restruct fix this mess so I can pay my bills! Get my paid up letter and get me off your system! I just need you to finalise this “relationship” so I can move on with my life without you!
