Zero service

Despite endless emails and phone calls , debt rescue just continue to ignore my questions , the information sent is useless.It is my right to obtain the balance of each creditor I owe money to , they continue to pay creditors already paid up , they do not manage your debt , so why do I need them , they refuse to give me information on my own accounts , absolute waste of time , once they have you as a client , they show zero interest further , zero device.
