Wrongfull handling of my account and stalling my clearance

This is officially a complaint against Debt Rescue the company.

I willingly put myself under debt review a few years back, not due to failed transitions, I was a good payer and no missed payments. https://debtrescue.co.za/

My complaint is breach of contract and they failed to protect me against legal action. I paid up all my accounts which you can probably pick up on my record even early. Debt rescue didn’t do their job in making sure I got all my paid up letters. To make things worse now that I paid up all my accounts I went and called all the banks where I had debt to get the paid up letters.

I sent this through to *** and she said all seems in order they just need the paid up letter for the one standard bank account overdraft that the balance apparently ran out in 2017 and they requested a paid up letter. I then said but why didn’t they follow this up. So I went and called standard bank and they said the account was handed over to their attorneys due to failure of payments and I then told them I am under debt review, they said then they have no recollection of this and debt rescue must call them and give them the signed power of attorney. Debt rescue sent this to the wrong attorneys. I on my own called the right attorneys which was RL Daly Attorneys which sent me the letter stating debt rescue never send them that letter and yes debt rescue sent it to macroberts and never followed up so that account accumulated interest over the months and hopefully didn’t damage my credit record.

If it did please know it was not my fault and debt rescue admitted this I have all the emails proving everything in this complaint. So I told debt rescue lucy that the payment must be made and I am not going to pay it they said its fine no problem they will sort it out, she tried calling macroberts again and furious I told her its RL Daly not macroberts so I just made the payment out of my own pocket to sort this mess out. But I then asked lucy for a letter to state all my accounts is paid up which I can send to the banks and she said she can’t they are busy requesting the certificate of clearance and it’s going to take 6 to 8 weeks, I don't even have proof that they did start the clearance, I went and phoned around every debt review counsellor said this is bull it does not take this long some even gets it within days of the last paid up letter.

I want my clearance letter this week as debt rescue caused damage to my accounts and if they don’t send it to me this week I am going to take legal action against them for all the admin fees and damages caused to my credit record which they were supposed to protect.

I feel abused and **** to, they breached all the terms on their website and documents and if you need any proof I am more than happy to provide all the million mails sent back and forth.

I want to clear my record and risk at the banks but I can’t take out a house bond and nothing as debt rescue is stalling my life for 6 to 8 weeks now????

Please I beg you to help me, I am a good payer and you can check my records I settled most of my accounts early and now I am suffering due to bad customer service and lies.

All my paid up letters is also sent and can be confirmed closed with all the creditors. I need to get a letter and clearance certificate to clear my name from debt rescue and call and email the banks and creditors to clear my risk level as debt rescue is to useless to do so.
