Wrong Forms, Wrong Person - NO HELP!

This company is of help. I app**** for debt counselling in February 2018, all my creditors have still been calling as they have received sufficient documentation from them. I called Debt Rescue and asked if the process with them can please be cancelled and I will try and find assistance from another agency. No court order has been obtained and the process was all incorrect. Spoke to a manager from Debt Rescue that said everything would be cancelled immediately, up until yesterday nothing has been done. I sent an email requesting the cancellation forms and received someone else forms instead. They sent me the incorrect form a 17.W stating that they have cancelled the debt review due to no non compliance from my side, but I cancelled the debt review on the 23rd of March already. They are of absolutely no help. I am sure that sending another individuals forms to me as in breach of there confidentiality agreement with that consumer, As I now can see all the consumers information. They needed to send through to me a 17.2 which they did not do but sent through the wrong form and for the wrong individual. Now if management cannot arrange for the correct things to be done how reliable are they to have all a persons accounts paid. There is just no glory from this company. There is not one person who can assist. Not one.
