Written off debts being paid

My husband has requested to have a look at his profile, as some accounts show "Written off" on his statements, but payment portions are still being allocated to the written off accounts. It's been more than a month now and we are just being passed on to the next person, they have no idea what to do or look at, even worse when you call. They only listen to give an answer, quick answers to "tick" you off the to do list.

We are in the process of immigrating, PLEASE, what is going on, on his accounts, are two of them written off or not? We need to start paying them off when we sell items for immigration.

PLEASE, I need someone with a bit more know how to assist us.
