Wow! What A Beautiful Experience I’ve Had

As a first time debt reviewer I was quite confused on how it works, my brother referred me to a lovely lady named Chantal. The experience was smooth without any hassles, anything I asked and was concerned about , she didn’t hesitate to clarify for me. She was very patient and professional with me , considering I am new to this. The call was authentic and never at any moment did I feel as though I am being ****med, another company had previously called me and made me very uncomfortable so I did not go with them. But here I felt value, confidence and ease that I will be taken care of.

Thereafter, Lorna, who is my Relationship Officer, literally two minutes after receiving a mail from her, I received a call, on the other side was this calm and confident lady who then told me that she would be my relationship officer. Okay, that further reassured me that I’m in safe hands. On the mail, I was given all direction and advice on the link and some of the necessities to ensure i am in safe hands, and that my finances are in the right place. Soon after that she sent me a WhatsApp which, to me made it even easier to reach out to her. She was very professional, patient and helpful. The entire experience was so smooth and put me at ease, I further asked more questions after work hours, without an expectation for a response, to my surprise, she responded as I was sitting on my bed. I have no doubt that I’m in the care of a proper debt review company.
