Worst service from these people

I have had very bad service from Debt Rescue and would not recommend them to anyone. They always send one way emails and never reply to my emails. As a result I will have several people emailing me about the same query even though I have already addressed it with one of them. They never call. I think there is a rule there not to call clients. Everything is on email even when you asked them to call for a discussion they just ignore your request. It does not mtater who you email, the culture is one of bad customer service. My bond was negatively ammortising and the bank objected to that.. instead of discussing with ne they proceeded to get a court order. This shows that they do not care about my interest or financial well being. There are still several queries left unattended and these people behave like vultures who just go through the process to leave you worse off. Even when I call them no one ever calls back.

I an now looking for a new debt counsellor as I cannot stomach such horrible service. I need a debt counsellor who understand that these are my finances and Inshould have a say in how they are structured.
